Don Pedro Bartolomé Aragón, oriundo de la Villa de Chiclana Obispado de Cádiz en los Reinos de Castilla y vecino de Jalapa, hijo legítimo de don Alonso de Aragón y de doña Elvira Ruiz, difuntos. Dijo que no teniendo de que hacer testamento por que todos los efectos que maneja pertenecen a don Juan Mateo Juille, del Comercio de España y residente en Jalapa, a quien se los debe por habérselos fiado y debido a que las ventas fueron muy cortas quedó cubierto de deudas; declara que por cualquier acontecimiento hace esta memoria testamentaria. Nombra como albacea y heredero universal a don Juan Mateo Juille.
