El Teniente de esta provincia hizo comparecer a Don José de Villegas y le notificó el auto antecedente con parecer de asesor, y entendido, dijo que por mano del fiador Don Juan de Campos tiene ya recibidos los 48 pesos y 2 reales y medio, que hizo de alcance en cuentas a Lorenzo Pimentel, por lo cual confesó estar satisfecho,y dio por libre de la fianza al dicho Juan de Campos.
