Don Luis de Zárate, vecino del comercio de Jalapa, en virtud de la tienda que tenía en el pueblo de Perote y tras los problemas que ha tenido con don Jerónimo de Alcalde, hace la fianza de los capitales que en dicha tienda se tienen, por lo tanto otorga como fiador a don Antonio Ildefonso Rincón, vecino del mismo pueblo, para que sea pagador de sus negocios y de las cantidades establecidas en la tienda que suman un total de 3, 148 pesos 65 centavos de reales.
