El Capitán Don Andrés de Urquía, vecino de la nueva ciudad de Veracruz, dijo haber otorgado poder general para la administración de sus bienes a Pascual de Iriarte y a Gabriel de Iribarren, vecinos de dicha ciudad, el cual no se ha sacado de su original, y por ofrecérsele algunas causas, otorga que el dicho poder y en la misma forma y facultad que a los susodichos les tiene dado; asimismo, lo da a Don Gonzalo Márquez de Acevedo, su cuñado, vecino de Jalapa, para que use de él, en todo y por todo, con los mencionados Pascual de Iriarte y Gabriel de Irribaren.
