María Josefa de Quiroz, vecina de este pueblo, mujer legítima de Pedro Calderón, informa que su marido debe a don Jaime Garau, segundo de la Capitanía de la Armada de Barlovento, por lo cual hipoteca una media casa que está en este pueblo, en la Calle de Tecuanapa, de paredes y cubiertas de teja, linda al poniente con la otra media casa de Juan de Quiroz, al fondo con Modesto Viveros, al oriente con solar y casas de la otorgante y al norte con dicha calle y solar, libre de toda deuda, empeño e hipoteca.
