Gertrudis Pérez, vecina de esta jurisdicción de Jalapa, poseedora de la venta de La Joya, y los naturales del pueblo de Tlacolula, representados por don Miguel de San Gabriel, Gobernador, Francisco de la Cruz, Marcos Salazar y Miguel de la Cruz, Alcaldes, Cayetano de Luna y Martín de la Cruz, regidores, todos oficiales del actuales de dicho pueblo, Juan de Santiago, Escribano, quienes tienen hecho un pleito con la citada Gertrudis, por haber vendido la venta de La Joya, por lo cual acuerdan, que dicha Gertrudis, entregue parte de los réditos obtenidos por la dicha venta, así como cederle a los naturales de Tlacolula, las tierras antes mencionadas.
