El Bachiller Pedro Perdomo, Presbítero de este Obispado, otorga poder especial a don Miguel de Valdivia, Procurador, para que en su representación, como único albacea que es de doña Aldonza Clara de Vargas, difunta, parezca ante el Juez de Testamentos, Capellanías y Obras Pías de este Obispado y pida la satisfacción de 400 pesos de oro común de los bienes que quedaron por fin y muerte de don Miguel Pérez de Medina, del resto de 500 que por cláusula de testamento dejó a Aldonza Clara por manda remunerativa como se percibe de testimonio de ella.
