Don Juan Gómez de Estrada vecino y del comercio de Jalapa, como albacea testamentaria y heredero del Teniente Coronel de los Reales Ejércitos y Sargento Mayor del Regimiento de Córdoba y Jalapa, don Francisco de Pando y España, declara que por última disposición del mencionado difunto, ordenó que del remanente de sus bienes se hiciera en tres partes y se distribuyesen una a su hermana Manuela de Pando, otra a su sobrina María Antonia de Pando, y la tercera se distribuyera entre las pobres viudas vergonzantes de la parroquia donde fuere enterrado.
