Don Francisco Roa, vecino del pueblo de Altotonga, en el partido de Jalacingo, residente en este suelo, otorga poder a don Juan Nepomuceno Herrero, de esta vecindad, para que en nombre y en representación de su persona, derechos y acciones, cobre de don Miguel Castellano, también vecino de Altotonga, la cantidad de 290 pesos, que por su culpa lo ha condenado a satisfacer el Tribunal de Distrito por tener parte del valor de 80 arrobas de tabaco que depositaron en poder de don Miguel Castellano, de don Francisco Aburto y del comparente, las cuales fueron extraídas por descuido del primero. Asimismo, para que se encargue de las cobranzas y pleitos que tenga o en adelante tuviere.
