Don Eduardo de Alzazua, natural de España y vecino de la Villa de Xalapa, Ministro Hermano Mayor de la Orden Tercera de Penitencia de Nuestro Padre San Francisco, en el convento de esta villa, otorga que ha recibido de doña María Ignacia Ladrón de Guevara, de esta misma vecindad, viuda y albacea del difunto don Francisco Gerardo González, la cantidad de 500 pesos, los cuales se encontraban cargados a favor de la casa de la citada viuda, dando el declarante por nula y cancelada la escritura de la mencionada deuda.
