Don José Antonio Tavera, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, otorga que debe a doña María del Rosario Cabañas, viuda de don Cristóbal Martínez, la cantidad de 300 pesos, mismos que se obliga a pagar a dicha María o a quien en su lugar hubiere, el próximo mes de agosto del presente año, y para seguridad de esta deuda, hace hipoteca de una casa de cal y canto situada en la calle de San Francisco de Paula con la que hace frente hacia el sur y del otro lado casas de Nicolás Molina, al oriente linda con casas de Pedro del Moral, al poniente con casa de don José Antonio Borja, y al norte con solar de Nicolás Lagunas.
