Don Manuel Ladrón de Guevara, de esta vecindad, mayor de 25 años, se constituye fiador y carcelero de Manuel Mirón, quien se encuentra arrestado en la Real Cárcel por una demanda que don Tomás Roso, de este comercio y vecindad, interpuso ante el Señor Alcalde, por unas reses que del rancho de dicho Roso extrajo su mayoral José Gregorio Mirón, prófugo, y que vendió y disipó su importe, manifestando que Manuel Mirón tuvo alguna participación en la malversación, por lo que el otorgante se obliga a que el acusado comparecerá siempre que sea citado y de no ser así deberá entregarlo y ponerlo en el mismo arresto de donde lo recibe.
