El Capitán Don Fernando Ruiz de Córdoba y Arellano[Fernando Ruiz de Córdoba y Arellano], residente en este pueblo, revocó los poderes dados a Francisco de Torres, vecino de la nueva Veracruz, y a Miguel de Troya, vecino de esta jurisdicción; y de nuevo dio su poder cumplido a Miguel de Troya para que en su nombre cobre y reciba de cualesquier persona todos los maravedíes, pesos de oro, joyas, esclavos, ganados y otros bienes que les fueran debidos, y para que pueda comprar esclavos negros, ganados y otros aperos, así como para en todos sus pleitos, causas y negocios civiles y criminales.
