Doña Sebastiana Antonia Guraya y Lezama, residente en este ingenio, viuda del Tesorero Don Francisco de Amilibia, dio su poder cumplido al Alférez José de Obregón, vecino de la nueva ciudad de Veracruz, para que representando su persona, rija, gobierne y administre, una casa de su propiedad en dicha ciudad, ubicada en la esquina de la calle de Las Damas, con 7 aposentos; y la arriende a la persona o personas que por bien tuviere, por los tiempos y precios que asentare. Asimismo, le dio poder para que cobre los jornales de cuatro esclavos varones que tiene en aquella ciudad.
