Don Luis José Garzón, vecino de Jalapa, como albacea testamentaria de su difunta hermana doña María Ignacia Garzón, viuda del Capitán José María Chávez, tutor y curador de su hijo menor don José Mariano Chávez, otorga poder especial a don Manuel Sánchez y a don José Panes, ambos Capitanes del Regimiento de Granada, y en tercer lugar a don Manuel Pardo, Teniente del mismo Regimiento, todos residentes en la Coruña, para que cada uno en el lugar que va nominado cobre lo que ha dicha difunta hermana corresponde por razón de herencia de su padre.
