El Capitán Miguel Jerónimo López de Ontanar y doña María Francisca de Urquía, su legítima mujer, vecinos del pueblo de Jalapa; el primero hijo legítimo de Luis López de Ontanar y de doña Ana Antonia de Sotomayor, y la segunda hija legítima del Capitán Andrés de Urquía y de doña Sebastiana de la Peña, otorgan que se dan poder para testar mutuamente el uno para el otro y el otro para el uno, para que el que viva ordene el testamento. El Capitán Miguel Jerónimo López de Ontanar declara que ha habido en su matrimonio la cantidad de 1, 000 pesos de oro común, una esclava que vendió, algunas prendas de oro y plata, entre otras cosas. Declaran que tuvieron 2 hijos legítimos. Asimismo se nombran albaceas mutuamente.
