Don José de la Fuente, como principal y don Francisco Javier Olartegochea, don Francisco Javier Fernández de Ulloa, don Anastasio Cruz y don Juan Guido, sus fiadores, todos vecinos de esta Villa de Xalapa, otorgan poder especial a don Juan Manuel Gavito Rubio, vecino de la ciudad de la Puebla, para que obligue al principal en la Haceduria de la Santa Iglesia Catedral de la citada ciudad, en la paga de 4, 305 pesos durante los años de 1797 a 1799, por el arrendamiento de los diezmos de esta cordillera y la de Ixhuacán de los Reyes, y sus fiadores por la cantidad de1, 033 pesos y 6 reales en cada uno de los referidos años.
