Codicilo de Agustín Pérez, vecino de la nueva ciudad de Veracruz, estante en Jalapa, enfermo en cama, por el cual ordena que su cuerpo sea sepultado en el pueblo de Jalapa, en la iglesia que le pareciere a su hermano el Alférez Antonio de Medina, y a su compadre Francisco de Castro, vecinos de Jalapa. También declaró que en este pueblo tiene por sus bienes a Antonia, negra Angola y a Juan, negro de Mina, los cuales tiene declarados en su testamento hecho en la Nueva Veracruz
