Don José de Miranda Villaizán, Abogado de la Real Audiencia de la ciudad de México, para que en sus nombres parezca ante el virrey y le suplique les permita hacer en dicho sitio y paraje, población en forma, pues los hermanos de Hospital, fundado en el puesto de Perote, les causan molestias y vejaciones, por ser suyas las tierras donde tienen sus casas.
