Don Juan Bautista Guido, vecino y del comercio de esta Villa, dijo que por cuanto se halla preso en esta Real Cárcel Marcelino Zárate, en virtud de orden del Señor Gobernador e Intendente de esta provincia, por la causa en su contra en el pueblo de Misantla sobre incendio de aquellas Casas Reales, y con posibilidad de poner fiador comentariense para quedar en libertad bajo la calidad de presentarse en aquel magistrado y guardar carcelaria en aquella plaza hasta que otra cosa se determine en la causa que tiene pendiente, otorga que recibe en fiado por preso y encarcelado al enunciado Zárate, constituyéndose el otorgante en su carcelero comentariense y obligándose a ponerlo en esta Real Cárcel o en la de Veracruz siempre que se le mande.
