Gertrudis Vázquez, mujer de Bartolomé Quiñones, junto con los demás herederos de sus padres Estebana Ortiz y Jerónimo Vázquez, otorgan que venden a Joaquín Quiroz, vecino de las rancherías de Zoncuantla, una casa de cal y canto techada de madera y tejas, en el pueblo de Coatepec, misma que Estebana compró por medio de Gregorio Maldonado. Mide de frente 42 varas, 70 de fondo y de largo 88 varas y pertenece al común y naturales, hace esquina entre la de don Antonio Monge y la de don Felipe Pérez, haciendo frente al norte y su fondo al sur, y la otra esquina que quedó por nombrar pertenece al difunto don Antonio Lovillo. La venta se hace en 250 pesos; 125 pesos que les han pagado de contado y 125 le pagarán en abril del 1782 por manos de don Domingo Aravalles.
