El Capitán Gaspar de Olavarrieta, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, Mayordomo de la Cofradía de la Concepción, informa que los naturales y Gobierno de este pueblo solicitaron la cancelación de una escritura que los obligaba a realizar el pago de 120 pesos sobre las tierras de dicha Cofradía, solicitud que fue autorizada por el Cura Rector de este Cofradía, obligándose a cubrir los solicitantes la citada cantidad de dinero hasta el día 12 de diciembre.
