Don Benito Blanco, minero del Real de Zomelahuacan, residente en esta Villa, otorga poder especial a don Pedro Pablo Vela, para que comparezca en el Tribunal y Cajas Reales de la Veracruz, donde cobre la demasía y resto del cobre que el Ministro pagador del Real Fuerte de San Carlos de Perote, remitió a aquella Plaza y que por orden superior esta prevenido se le pague en dicho fuerte a razón de 22 pesos quintal y en la referida ciudad sobre 25, siendo de cuentas del otorgante la paga del flete en su conducción.
