Don Tomás Murphy, vecino y del comercio de Veracruz, residente en la Villa de Xalapa, otorga poder especial en primer lugar a don José Benito de Austria, y en segundo a don Manuel de Iturraran, vecinos de dicha ciudad, para que ante el Ministerio de la Real Hacienda de aquella ciudad, lo obliguen a las resultas de la determinación que Su Majestad fuere servido tomar, en vista del expediente de descarga de la Fragata Hamburguesa la Amalia, en cumplimiento de superior orden de 30 de agosto último, otorgando en su nombre la escritura con las fuerzas, firmezas, vínculos y obligaciones que a la mayor validación y fuerza conduzcan.
