Don Francisco Sáenz de Santa María, Regidor perpetuo del Ilustre Ayuntamiento de esta Villa, como albacea de la difunta doña Ignacia Antonia Ortiz de Zarate, otorga poder especial a don Ignacio Ampaneda, vecino y del comercio de la Capital de México, para que en su nombre comparezca ante los Señores Presidente, Regente y Oidores de la Real Audiencia de México, donde por caso de corte declarado se encuentran los autos de inventarios formados a bienes de la difunta y en ellos conteste, pida y promueva cuanto corresponda al otorgante.
