Don José Ignacio Alonso del Toro, hijo del difunto don Domingo Alonso y doña Josefa del Toro, vecino de la Nueva Veracruz, otorga su disposición en donde declara: sea sepultado en la iglesia del convento de San Francisco, ordena las mandas forzosas incluyendo la de Guadalupe de México, por bienes tiene una casa en Veracruz, es casado con Isabel de Vargas, quien no llevó nada a su poder, no tuvieron hijos, por albacea nombra a su madre Josefa del Toro, y en caso de acaecerle la muerte en este pueblo nombra a Juan de Barcena para que se ocupe de su entierro, nombra heredera a su madre, revoca cualquier otro poder.
