Don Sebastián Muñiz de Cámara, vecino de la doctrina de Actopan, residente en esta Villa de Xalapa, dijo que el 15 de noviembre de 1794, otorgó su testamento en el que nombró como albacea a su esposa doña Justa Margarita Barradas, pero debido a su fallecimiento otorga por vía de codicilo que nombra por su primera albacea a José Albino Muñiz, y en segundo lugar a Isidro Antonio Muñiz, sus hijos. Declara que su esposa le encargó que del quinto que le perteneciese a ella lo convirtiese en misas y sufragios por su alma. También señala que es voluntad de él que del remanente del quinto de sus bienes sea convertido en misas y sufragios.
