Don José Pérez de Llera, de este comercio y vecindad, curador ad bona de don Andrés Hilario y don José María Bocelo, menores hijos de don Juan Bocelo y de doña María Josefa Bandala, ya difuntos, otorga que ha recibido de don Sebastián de Aguirre, vecino y del comercio de la Nueva Veracruz, residente en ésta, la cantidad de 5 631 pesos 4 reales y 11 granos, parte del importe de las tutelas de dichos menores que ambas ascienden a 14 631 pesos 4 reales 11 granos, mismos que se obligó a reconocer a censo redimible de un 5 %, con hipoteca sobre la casa mortuoria de ambos consortes, en la escritura de venta que de ella se le hizo, en cuya virtud por ser en su poder da por satisfecho y entregado.
