Miguel Martínez, vecino de esta Villa de Xalapa, fabricante de aguardiente Chinguirito, otorga que se obliga a satisfacer y pagar las penas, multas y costas a que fuere condenado por la superioridad, hasta en la cantidad de 300 pesos, por motivo de los defectos que cometió en la fábrica y venta de dicho caldo y la causa que se sigue contra el relacionante por parte don José Tamariz [y Rivera], Visitador de la Real Renta del Tabaco por el Excelentísimo Señor Virrey de este Reino y Comisionado del Señor Director General para el reconocimiento y visita de las Fábricas del Real Ramo de Aguardiente de Caña.
