Doña María de Escobedo Ladrón de Guevara, viuda de don Luis de Ortega, dijo que en virtud que en Tehuacán de la Granadas murió dicho su marido intestado y habiéndose hecho inventario de sus bienes, hubo de ellos concurso de acreedores en los cuales la otorgante le correspondieron otorgaron 300 pesos de su dote, por lo que otorga poder especial a don Felipe Ispan, vecino de la Nueva Veracruz, para que cobre y reciba dicha cantidad.
