Doña María Josefa de Atenas [de Bobadilla], residente en esta Villa, mujer legítima de don Sebastián Fernández de Bobadilla, de quien tiene licencia la compareciente, otorga poder especial a don Sebastián Fernández de Bobadilla y Atenas, su hijo, y en segundo lugar a don Martín Ibáñez, del comercio de la Nueva Veracruz, para que en su nombre comparezcan ante el Real Tribunal del Consulado de Veracruz, donde pida la entrega de la parte de la dote de la otorgante, que le corresponde de los bienes concursados del citado su esposo don Sebastián Fernández de Bobadilla.
