Don Antonio Arroyo y doña Catarina Brígida González, esposos, vecinos de Jalapa, albaceas de la difunta doña Polonia Díaz de la Cueva, dijeron que por pedimento de don José Mariano Palacios, apoderado de doña María González, hija legítima y heredera de la difunta, venden una casa y solar al Bachiller Nicolás Ricardo Grant de Guzmán, Clérigo Presbítero Domiciliario del Obispado de la Puebla, cuya casa linda al oriente con el callejón de la Sierpe y solar que es de don Luis de Zárate, al sur con casa de don Vicente Jiménez Barragán, al poniente con otro pedazo de Inés Martínez, y por el norte con otro pedazo de solar de Agustín Fernández. La venta la hacen en 140 pesos.
