El Capitán Don Francisco de la Higuera Matamoros, vecino del ingenio de La Santísima Trinidad, y el Capitán Don José de Ibelli, residente en este pueblo, en nombre y con poder de Doña Mariana de Iturbe y Ubera, vecina de la nueva ciudad de Veracruz, viuda del Capitán Don Antonio de Dueñas, ajustaron cuentas de los avíos para el ingenio y entregas de azúcares que han tenido; y la dicha Doña Mariana lo alcanzó en 1200 pesos de oro común, los cuales Don Francisco de la Higuera se obligó a pagarlos en un plazo de 6 años, a partir del 1 de enero de 1679, a razón de 200 pesos anuales, una paga en pos de la otra.
