Don Juan de Bárcena, de esta vecindad y comercio, dijo que por cuanto don Bernardo del Castillo, residente en esta villa, de su pedimento se le ha librado superior permiso para que pase a España, siendo calidad precisa para dicho embarque el que afiance solemnemente a todas cuantas obligaciones tenga, se constituye como fiador por dicho don Bernardo del Castillo, en tal manera que pagará por el principal y responderá a cuantas obligaciones pueda éste hallarse adicto en su persona y bienes.
