Doña Ana Zavala, vecina de Jalapa, como madre y heredera de sus hijos difuntos, Francisco, Juan y Ana López Ruiz Matamoros; e Isabel López Ruiz Matamoros, doncella, heredera junto con sus hermanos difuntos, a los bienes que quedaron por fin y muerte de su padre, dieron su poder cumplido al Bachiller don Bartolomé Patricio Pérez Delgado, pasante de la Facultad de Leyes de la ciudad de México, para que en sus nombres parezca en cualesquier tribunales y pida y demande, reciba y cobre de Doña Ana María de Alemán, vecina de la nueva ciudad de Veracruz, cualesquier cantidades de pesos de oro, plata, joyas, esclavos y otros bienes, prosiguiendo en juicio la ejecución que tienen interpuesta, en virtud de despacho de la real cédula de esta Nueva España ante la Real Jusiticia de la Nueva Veracruz, haciendo los pedimentos, requerimientos, citaciones, protestas y alegatos que convengan.
