Don Clemente Couso, vecino de esta Villa, dijo que fue nombrado Exactor del Ramo del Peaje en la Garita de esta Villa que nombran de México, para cuyo cargo se requiere de fianza, pero como no tiene fiador solicitó que dicha fianza se reduzca a hipoteca, por lo que hace hipoteca de su casa de edificio bajo, cubierta de madera y teja que posee en la primera cuadra de la calle que nombran de la Amargura. Por lo que se obligó a no venderla ni enajenarla mientras esté en el cargo.
