Don Miguel Ignacio de Miranda, vecino y del comercio de la Nueva Veracruz, albacea testamentaria de su difunta hermana doña Mariana de Miranda, otorga poder especial a don Juan José Patrón, en primer lugar, y en segundo a don Bartolomé de Elexalde, ambos vecino de la Ciudad de la Habana, para que en su nombre como tal albacea se presenten a recaudar los intereses que haya por esta causa en poder de don Andrés Jáuregui, de la misma vecindad, pertenecientes a don Juan Ignacio Bustillos, Capitán de navío que fue de la Real Armada, por la parte que recibió de dote de su esposa y mi sobrina doña María Josefa de Medina y Miranda, hija de la citada su difunta hermana.
