Doña María Isabel de Echeagaray, junto con don José María Cardeña y Gallardo, Subteniente de Milicias de esta Villa, la primera como viuda y albacea de don Miguel Eustaquio Cardeña, quien fue escribano, tutora de sus menores hijas doña María Guadalupe Cardeña, doña María Concepción Cardeña y doña María Javiera Cardeña, el segundo como heredero de su difunto hermano don Romualdo Cardeña y apoderado de don Francisco Cardeña, su hermano ausente, otorgan poder especial a don José Andrés de Alcántara, Procurador del Número de la Real Audiencia de México, para que comparezca ante el Señor Oidor y Juez General de Bienes de Difuntos de este reino, donde siga y concluya la testamentaria del difunto Miguel Eustaquio Cardeña.
