Don Felipe Nicolás de Acosta, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, hijo legítimo de los difuntos Sargento don José de Acosta y doña Josefa Lagunas, junto con doña María Gertrudis Lagunas, vecina de este pueblo, hija legítima de don Felipe Lagunas y doña Josefa de Meza, se otorgan poder para testar y nombramiento de albaceas, en compañía de don Miguel Pérez, vecino de este pueblo y Antonio de Acosta, hijo legítimo del primer matrimonio del citado Felipe de Acosta y como herederos, el citado Acosta nombra a sus hijos del primer matrimonio con la viuda Gertrudis García, los cuales son además de Antonio, Micaela, María, Antonia y José, y la citada María Lagunas, viuda del primer matrimonio con Juan de Oliva, a Norberto, hijo de dicho primer matrimonio.
