El Licenciado don Carlos Hernández Viamonte, hacendado en este cantón, otorga poder especial al Licenciado don José Juan Llufriu, vecino de Puebla, para que en su nombre continúe gestionando en el negocio que tiene pendiente en la sagrada mitra, sobre librar a la hacienda de Quimiapa de la hipoteca que en unión de la del Encero, reporta a favor del convento de la Concepción y que en consecuencia se permita por el Señor Obispo la libre venta de dicha hacienda de Quimiapa, según lo acordado por los acreedores de Juan Francisco Carasa.
