Guillermo Ordóñez, vecino de esta Villa, apoderado de don Vicente Jiménez Barragán, vecino de la Ciudad de Veracruz, vende a Candelaria Rodríguez, de esta vecindad, una casa y solar ubicada en esta Villa y Calle de Mafara que baja para los Berros, con 34 varas de frente que la hacen al sur, calle en medio, con casa de Juan Manuel Rodríguez, y su fondo lo hace al norte con 64 varas, linda por este lado con solar de Manuel Sánchez (alias el Isleño), por el poniente con casa de Pedro Cruz, al oriente con calle que va abrirse al puente que llaman de Montiel. Lo vende en 200 pesos.
