Don Miguel Pérez y don Felipe de Acosta, vecinos de este pueblo de Naolinco, con poder para testar otorgado a su favor por el difunto don José Rogel, proceden a hacer la descripción del mismo. Declaran fue casado con doña María de la Calleja, con quien tuvo una hija, la cual se caso con don Juan Manuel Domínguez. Ordenan que liberan a Andrea Dorotea, su esclava, y a José Mariano, mulato. Los otorgantes se nombran como albaceas testamentarios. Nombran como heredera a su hija Antonia de la Trinidad Rogel.
