Juan Antonio Mosquera y Moscoso, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que en el mes de febrero de 1710 otorgó su testamento y 2 codicilios doña Teresa de Córdoba y Arellano, su mujer, y en el último de los codicilios manda se guarde y cumpla una memoria que dejó como si fueran cláusulas expresas, donde nombra por su albacea a Bartolomé Cosío, que antes de que falleciera se la entregó, donde declara que el otorgante fuera su único albacea y heredero, y dado que se le han venido diferentes embarazos hace justificación de dicha memoria para que tenga efecto.
