Matías Lorenzo, vecino de esta provincia, y Mateo de Rivera, estante en ella, declararon haber arrendado un ingenio de azúcar con sus pertrechos a Juan de Quirós, en diciembre de 1606; y aunque entre ellos se concertó de palabra que dicho arrendamiento fuese de compañía, ésta en realidad no tuvo efecto; y por la presente, Matías Lorenzo dio por libre al referido Mateo de Rivera del citado arrendamiento y de la compañía, y el uno con el otro no se pedirán ninguna cosa, ni alegarán otra razón, aunque el derecho se la conceda.
