Don José Antonio Pereyra de Castro, de esta vecindad, otorga poder especial a don Rafael Islas, vecino de la capital de México, para que comparezca ante la Superioridad del Señor Virrey, a representar los derechos que le asisten para la secuela y trámites de la causa que en virtud de comisión del Señor Intendente de esta Provincia pasó a formar en el pueblo de Jalacingo a don Gabriel de Sanfuentes, sobre excesos que se le atribuyeron; demarcada ésta con el número de 322, por lo que se le da éste con libre y general administración, y con facultad de sustituirlo.
