Don Miguel López, vecino de esta Villa de Xalapa, otorga que vende a doña Josefa de la Torre, una casa y solar con 8 y 3 cuartas varas de frente y 50 de fondo, hecha de piedra y madera de edificio bajo, ubicada en la esquina de la calle Nueva, haciendo frente al sur con dicha calle en medio y casa de don Gregorio Ochoa de Amézaga, y por su fondo, que es al norte, con el Arroyo que viene del Xallitic, al oriente con calle en medio que va para el Puente de Lagos, y al poniente con casa y solar de don Nicolás Fernández . La vende por precio de 700 pesos.
