Inés de la Higuera, vecina y natural del pueblo de Jalapa, hija de María de los Palacios, otorga poder para testar a don Manuel del Pozo, Clérigo Presbítero del Obispado de Puebla, de la misma vecindad, para que en su nombre pueda ordenar su testamento haciendo en él las mandas, legados y obras pías que le parezcan, según le tiene comunicado. Tiene entre sus bienes una casa de cal y piedra, un mulato esclavo, nombrado Gregorio Juan.
