Manuel Ignacio y Vicente Antonio Díaz Parraga, el primero hijo legítimo de Manuel de la Trinidad y el segundo de Juan Mariano Díaz Parraga, quienes fueron hijos de Antonio Díaz Parraga, vecino que fue del ingenio Chico, de donde son los comparecientes, otorgan poder especial a don Pedro Mariano de la Cruz para que en sus nombres, y como nietos legítimos del expresado Antonio Díaz Parraga, parezca ante la Real Justicia de la jurisdicción de San Juan de los Llanos y cobre cualesquiera bienes y cuantías que pertenezcan a los otorgantes como quedados por fallecimiento de su abuelo.
