Don Francisco Antonio Marín del Valle, vecino de México y residente en este pueblo de Jalapa, revoca el poder otorgado a don José Nicolás de Luque, Teniente Coronel del Regimiento del Comercio de la Ciudad de Puebla, y otorga poder especial a don Tomás Manuel Pérez de Turcios y a don Fernando Félix de Acosta, vecinos de la Ciudad de Puebla, para que lo obliguen como principal fiador y pagador de 2, 000 pesos y sus réditos, de 6, 000 pesos que pretende se le entreguen de su capellanía el Doctor don José Manuel de Vélez y Ulibarre, Canónigo de la Santa Iglesia Metropolitana de México, que se hallan depositados en el cofre de la de Puebla.
