Fernando Viveros, vecino de esta Villa, en virtud del poder otorgado a su favor por José Viveros, su hermano, vecino de la Villa de Orizaba, vende a Miguel Viveros, su primo, una casa de cal y canto, cubierta de madera y teja, que fabricó en 34 varas de frente, situada en la Calle de San Cristóbal de esta Villa, haciendo frente hacia el poniente; por el norte linda con casa de don Juan Izaguirre; por el sur con solar de Gertrudis Ayala; y por el fondo al oriente, por donde tiene 52 y media varas, linda con casa de don Manuel [Antonio] del Valle. La vende en precio de 1 100 pesos.
